Continuamos con el segundo día de nuestra semana especial. Hoy hemos tenido el placer de contar con el testimonio de Rosemary Newman, que ha colaborado por primera vez en nuestro centro, para contar a nuestros alumnos de primero de ESO los aspectos generales más destacados de China, dada su experiencia como profesora de universidad viviendo en este país durante 6 años.
También en la biblioteca hemos realizado un Quiz sobre aspectos generales de la cultura anglosajona para los alumnos de 3º A y 4º B. La actividad constaba de una primera parte donde se hacía una presentación sobre algunos autores de lengua inglesa y después ya empezábamos con el cuestionario en sí, en el que entre otros, también se les hacía preguntas sobre dicha presentación. Al final de la actividad, ha habido también diplomas y premios para los tres equipos que lo han hecho mejor.

We continue with the second day of our special week. Today we have been really happy of having the testimony of Rosemary Newman, who has collaborated with our centre for the first time, to talk to our students of 1st of ESO about the most outstanding general aspects of China, as she has had the experience of living and working as a University teacher in that country for six years.
We also did a Quiz at the library about general aspects of English speaking culture for the students of 3rd A and 4th B. The activity consisted of a first part where there was a presentation about some authors in the English language and after that, we started with the questionaire, in which, among others, they were asked questions about the previous presentation. At the end of the activity, the best three teams were awarded with a certificate and a prize.
