En nuestro tercer día de English speaking Week hemos tenido la visita
de Yvonne Duffy, que ya colaboró con nosotros el curso anterior. En
esta ocasión ha preparado en la biblioteca una clase introductoria al
chino para nuestros alumnos de 2º de ESO en la que a través de un quiz
han aprendido aspectos básicos de la cultura china. Y los números en
chino también!!
Después, también hemos contado con la visita de Rosemary Newman, que
como dijimos ayer, ha vivido y trabajado en China como profesora de
universidad. Su charla ha sido sobre aspectos generales de China para
los alumnos de 3º C.
On our third day of the English Speaking Week, we have had the visit
of Yvonne Duffy, who already collaborated in our centre last year.
This time, she has prepared in the library an introductory class to
the Chinese language for our students of 2nd of ESO in which they have
learnt basic aspects about the Chinese culture through a quiz. And
the numbers in Chinese, too!!!
After this, we also had the visit of Rosemary Newman, and like we
already mentioned yesterday, she has lived and worked as a University
teacher in China. Her lecture was about general aspects of China for
the students of 3rd C.
